Oh, and these cookies can morph into 2 other types of cookies: wedding cookies or crescent cookies. Plus there are endless options for decorating them. Not to mention, they are very easy and quick to make and take less than 10 minutes to bake. No gluten, no sugar, no eggs, no dairy, no dyes but a whole lot of almond-y, buttery sweetness. Nuff said.
