Vegan Tomato Basil Pasta (Vegan, GF, Yeast-Free, High-Protein, Nut-Free) (w/ 2 secret ingredients!)

It seems The Dimpled Date is strictly desserts, breakfast recipes, soups, and pasta... because it is! (and who can blame us?! Pasta, brunch, and dessert are the main food categories, right??). Just kidding, all jokes aside, I'm back with yet ANOTHER delicious vegan/gf pasta dish and this one is delectable. Packed with fresh tomato flavor, infused with basil and with a creamy texture, this is going to be your next favorite summer pasta. It's loaded with fresh vegetables, and is so simple and quick to make. It's lighter for a creamy pasta, so for those of you who don't like fettuccine alfredo or vodka rigatoni, this is just the pasta for you. So let's get cooking!

This Vegan Tomato Basil Pasta is vegan, gluten-free, yeast-free, high-protein, and veggie-rich, and honestly its so so tasty. Easy, quick, healthy, and yummy. What more could you want for the perfect weeknight dinner? Oh and btw: curious about the 2 secret ingredients? They're avocado and white beans! They're blended into the sauce to make it extra creamy and to add some vegetables + extra plant-based protein. And thanks to these ingredients, the sauce doesn't require any high-fat ingredients like coconut milk or vegan butter (just a little vegan mozzarella!).
