Still, this smoothie is honestly so delicious, refreshing, and energizing with a fruity taste. And it's perfect to aid your weight loss/fitness goals, when paired with exercise and other healthy eating choices.
As always, this smoothie is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and fruit-sweetened. This time it's also nut-free and high-protein (thanks to plant-based protein powder). Btw: for the plant protein powder, you can really use any kind you wish: hemp protein, peanut protein powder, pea protein, blends... seriously whatever you like. But just make sure it's unflavored, vanilla, or another mild flavor that doesn't clash with the fruits and vegetables (e.g. don't use chocolate protein powder in this smoothie).

This smoothie has a good balance of macros too:
Protein: from the protein powder
Fiber: from the kale, banana, and apple
Electrolytes, vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals: from the coconut water
Healthy fats (omega-3s): from the chia seeds
Plus, it has a pretty shade of green. It's only 6 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make. If you're reluctant to try green smoothies, I recommend starting with this one. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
